Purpose of the website

Hüttenfinder helps hikers find mountain huts in Austria and see where beds are still free. It shows each hut’s location, facilities and contact details, and links to the hut or its booking system so you can book directly. Hüttenfinder does not take, sell or process bookings.

Liability notice

Contents: Hut information comes from public sources and the huts’ booking systems and is updated automatically. Bed availability is refreshed several times a day, so a bed shown as free may already be taken, and opening times, prices and facilities can change. Please check with the hut before you set off. No liability is accepted for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information.

Bookings: Bookings are made directly with the hut or its booking system. Hüttenfinder is not a party to any booking and has no influence over it.

External links: This website links to external websites, including hut websites and hut-reservation.org. We have no influence over their content and accept no liability for it. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages.

Disclaimer

Hüttenfinder is an independent project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Österreichischer Alpenverein, the Deutscher Alpenverein, hut-reservation.org or any hut.

For hut operators
